RK Web Design Group Bike Ride

RK Web Design Group is proud to be hosting a 50-mile sponsored  bike ride to raise funds towards essential business equipment that will support the continued growth and development of our company.

This event represents more than just a cycling challenge—it's an opportunity for our local community to come together while helping a small business invest in the tools and technology needed to continue providing high-quality web design services to businesses across the UK.

Every mile we complete and every donation received will go towards purchasing essential equipment that will improve efficiency, enhance the services we offer, and support the future growth of RK Web Design Group.

Whether you choose to ride with us, make a donation, or simply help spread the word, your support will make a genuine difference.

 

 

Event Details

📅 Date: Saturday, 18th July 2026

📍 Meeting Point: Greenbridge Recreation Ground, Swindon, SN3 3LA

🕤 Registration Opens: 9:30am

🚴 Ride Starts: 10:00am (Prompt)

🏁 Finish Location: Orbital Shopping Park, Swindon

🕓 Estimated Finish Time: Approximately 4:00pm

📏 Distance: Approximately 50 Miles

 

 

Registration & Sign-In

Upon arrival at Greenbridge Recreation Ground, all participants must sign in before taking part in the ride.

To sign in, please find the event organiser wearing an orange high-visibility vest. The organiser will register your attendance, confirm your details, answer any last-minute questions, and ensure you are ready to participate safely.

For safety reasons, no participant may take part without first signing in. This enables us to maintain an accurate register of everyone taking part and helps us account for all riders throughout the event.

Participant Information

As a thank you for taking part, every rider who successfully completes the challenge will receive an exclusive 20% discount voucher towards any RK Web Design Group web design package or service.

If you would like to participate, please text your full name and email address to 07933 345565 before the event.

This enables us to:

  • Register your place.
  • Keep you updated with any event information.
  • Record emergency contact details where necessary.
  • Bring a walkie talkie in case of an emergency we will set the emergency channel up on channel 7

 

 

On the Day

Please ensure you:

  • Arrive by 9:30am for registration.
  • Bring a roadworthy bicycle.
  • Wear a cycling helmet (strongly recommended).
  • Carry sufficient drinking water and snacks.
  • Dress appropriately for the weather.
  • Follow the instructions of the event organisers and marshals at all times.
  • Ride safely and obey the Highway Code throughout the event.
  • Bring a yellow high Vis or reflective tape 

If you need assistance during the ride, find one of the event organisers wearing an orange high-visibility vest, who will be happy to help.
